Account Deletion

PropFlow GCC users can delete their account from inside the app or request deletion by email.

Delete Your Account in the App

Open PropFlow GCC, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. The app will ask you to confirm before deletion is submitted.

Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@profitandpixels.com from the email address used for your PropFlow GCC account.

Use the subject line: PropFlow GCC Account Deletion Request.

What Will Be Deleted

Deletion removes your PropFlow GCC account and associated app data, including profile, property, unit, tenant, lease, cheque, maintenance, task, settings, and document records connected to your account.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, security, fraud prevention, backup recovery, dispute handling, or compliance reasons. Backup copies may take additional time to expire from routine backup systems.

Processing Time

In-app deletion is processed by the app backend when the request is completed. Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed after account ownership is verified.
