Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of PropFlow GCC, a property operations app provided by Profit & Pixels.

Use of the Service

You may use PropFlow GCC to manage your own property operations data or the property operations data you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the app.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Customer Data

You retain responsibility for property, tenant, lease, cheque, maintenance, task, and document data you add to PropFlow GCC. You should only upload or enter information you have the right to process and manage.

Subscriptions and Plans

PropFlow GCC may offer free and paid features. Paid digital subscriptions, when available in app-store builds, will be handled through the applicable app store billing system unless otherwise stated.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, interfere with service operations, or use PropFlow GCC for unlawful activity.

No Professional Advice

PropFlow GCC helps organize property operations. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, real estate, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals where needed.

Service Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Profit & Pixels is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using PropFlow GCC at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
